Shandong Zhengda Weiye Safety Equipment Co., Ltd. offers flameless venting devices designed for indoor explosion protection where traditional venting is not feasible. These devices are classified by structural form and construction material. Based on external shape, our products include circular (maximum venting efficiency), rectangular, and square configurations to accommodate various equipment layouts. Each device consists of two core components: a bursting disc that responds instantly to overpressure, and a flame-quenching element (stainless steel mesh) that captures and extinguishes flames . During an explosion, the bursting disc opens to relieve pressure while the stainless steel wire mesh creates a three-dimensional flame structure, cooling hot gases and retaining dust particles to prevent secondary explosions . Our devices comply with EN 16009 standards and are suitable for Kst ≤ 300 bar·m/s dust explosions.
