Working Principle
During a dust explosion, the shockwave arrives before the flame front. The isolation valve closes rapidly upon detecting the shockwave and is securely locked in place by its self-locking mechanism, effectively preventing the propagation of both flames and pressure waves.
After an explosion event, the valve can be manually reset. It is ready for reuse after simple maintenance and safety evaluation. During normal operation, the valve disc remains open via an assisted opening device.

Use and Maintenance
Before starting the system fan, ensure the explosion-proof valve is in the open state to prevent damage to the fan and other equipment caused by the valve disc being closed and locked.
After installation and use, perform maintenance at least once a month. Maintenance frequency can be increased appropriately according to actual working conditions.
After maintenance and reassembly, conduct a sealing test and keep detailed records for future reference.
