Product Overview
Forward acting rupture disk is designed with scored lines build-up on the concave side of the disk.
The disk opens along pre-weakened scored lines to provide a full relief at bursting pressure.

Bursting Disc Device
A bursting disc device is a non-reclosing pressure relief component. It operates when static pressure at the inlet reaches a specified level, causing the pressure-bearing diaphragm to rupture and release the excess pressure. In simple terms, it is a single-use safety device: under the designated burst temperature, once the pressure differential across the disc reaches the preset value, the disc will rupture or detach to discharge the medium.
The design and production of bursting discs must meet the requirements of applicable safety technical standards. Each product must be delivered with a quality certificate and equipped with a secure metal nameplate.
